Security, reliability, and support
The controls below describe the current architecture and the operating standard Tackle Logic maintains.
Tenant security
Every public application table uses Row Level Security. Workspace-owned records carry an organization boundary, private media uses organization-scoped paths, and privileged database functions pin their search path. Browser code receives a publishable key—not the Supabase service-role credential.
Authentication
Email confirmation, secure session cookies, refresh-token rotation, protected-route checks, password recovery, abuse protection, session hardening, and transactional email are covered by ongoing release controls.
Data integrity
Inventory, production, receiving, fulfillment, and reversal operations use guarded write paths with audit history. Workflow-bypass permissions, tenant isolation, backup coverage, and restore readiness are checked by the release suite.
Reliability and incidents
Production health, error reporting, uptime alerts, backup coverage, recovery objectives, and rollback ownership are reviewed as release gates. Report urgent issues to sales@ustungsten.com.
Responsible reporting
Include the affected route, approximate time, and safe reproduction steps. Do not include passwords, API keys, customer records, or exploit other workspaces. Tackle Logic will acknowledge security and data-integrity reports as quickly as practical.
