Export, transfer, or delete your data

Before deleting

1. Export any records you need to keep.
2. If other people use the workspace, transfer ownership to an active member.
3. Resolve open jobs, receipts, or customer commitments that your business must retain.
4. Remove access for members who no longer need the workspace.

Delete an account

Sign in, open Account, export any records you need, and choose Delete account. The workflow verifies your password, requires an explicit ownership decision for every workspace, removes the login, and queues private workspace media for retry-safe cleanup. If you cannot sign in, email sales@ustungsten.com from the account address.

Verification and shared records

Tackle Logic verifies control of the account before acting. A sole owner may delete the workspace and its operational records. An owner of a shared workspace must transfer ownership or obtain confirmation to delete the shared workspace. Historical actor references that must remain for integrity are minimized or anonymized.

Timing and backups

The target is to complete a verified request within 30 days. Residual encrypted backups, security logs, or legally required records may persist for their documented retention window before expiring.

What remains

Aggregated information that no longer identifies a person or workspace may remain. Supplier catalog research is global reference data and is not created by a customer deletion request.
