Terms for using Tackle Logic
Effective September 2, 2026. These terms govern the free and no-card trial service available today. Paid subscriptions are not open yet.
1. The service
Tackle Logic helps tackle makers organize products, molds, materials, recipes, inventory, production, purchasing, customers, quotes, and orders. Features may change while the product is validated.
2. Your account
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and give workspace access only to people authorized to see the business data. Workspace owners are responsible for member roles and for transferring ownership before leaving a shared workspace.
3. Your data
You retain responsibility for the business records you enter. You grant Tackle Logic permission to process those records only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Do not upload unlawful material, credentials, payment-card data, or content you do not have a right to use.
4. Estimates and decisions
Costs, yield, capacity, margins, availability, reorder suggestions, and Federal Excise Tax estimates depend on the inputs you provide. They are planning aids—not accounting, legal, tax, safety, or regulatory advice. Review source records and qualified professional guidance before relying on them.
5. Supplier and catalog material
Supplier names, specifications, links, and images remain the property of their respective owners. Catalog information is provided to help identify equipment a user already owns; it is not a sale, endorsement, or transfer of supplier rights. See the supplier and media policy.
6. Availability and support
The service is in a controlled launch period and may experience interruptions. Report suspected security, data-integrity, or availability issues through the in-app support workspace or to sales@ustungsten.com. Tackle Logic may restrict access needed to protect customers or the service.
7. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion as described in the data-deletion process. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, legal obligations, or transaction integrity, and will be minimized or anonymized where appropriate.
