How Tackle Logic handles information

Information processed

• Account information such as name, email, authentication identifiers, and workspace role.
• Business records you enter, including products, suppliers, customers, inventory, recipes, jobs, purchasing, sales, support messages, and uploaded media.
• Security and diagnostic records needed to authenticate requests, investigate errors, and protect tenant boundaries.
• Privacy-minimized product analytics such as routes, workflow events, session identifiers, and help usage. Product analytics intentionally excludes product names, customer details, free-form notes, and uploaded content.

Why it is used

Information is used to provide requested features, maintain account and tenant security, calculate operational results, answer support requests, understand product usability, prevent abuse, and recover from failures.

Service providers

Tackle Logic currently relies on Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for database, authentication, and storage services, and Resend for transactional email. Those providers process only the information necessary to deliver their services under their own security and privacy commitments.

Color Lab photo analysis

When you request Color Lab analysis, selected bait photographs, recipe details, notes, and relevant prior experiments from your workspace are sent to the configured AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) to suggest test recipes. OpenAI requests disable conversation storage; Anthropic requests use its structured-output Messages API. Color Lab removes camera location metadata from uploaded photos and stores its processed photos privately. Its experiment history is scoped to your workspace and is included in workspace export and deletion.

Isolation and access

Operational records are scoped to a workspace and protected by database Row Level Security. Authorized platform administrators may access limited account, support, and diagnostic information when needed to operate or support the service. Administrative actions should be auditable.

Retention

Operational records remain while the workspace is active or until an authorized deletion process completes. Product-analytics events are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Security, audit, backup, and legal records may use a different documented retention period where necessary.

Your choices

You may correct workspace information in the app, limit optional business data, request an export, leave a workspace, transfer ownership, or request account/workspace deletion. See Delete your data for the current process.
